Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager / System Specialist, you are the link between customer needs and the technical solutions offered. You are responsible for gathering requirements, designing and testing system customizations, and ensuring smooth delivery. You work closely with both customers and internal teams to create efficient and quality solutions that improve laboratory operations and support the digitalization of healthcare.

Capture, understand and document customer needs and requirements
Develop functional and design specifications for system changes and integrations
Coordinate and communicate with LIS administrators, IT teams and other key personnel at the customer
Maintain customer-specific documentation
Perform system tests prior to deployment
Ensure that solutions are delivered on schedule and with high quality

Education, experience and personal qualities
Previous experience working with LIS or LIMS systems in an administrative or technical user role
Meritorious academic education in Life Science (microbiology, genetics, chemistry, etc.), technology or equivalent relevant clinical experience
Practical experience of working in a laboratory
Good ability to communicate with both technical teams and healthcare professionals
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

In the role of Customer Success Manager / System Specialist, you work in a solution-oriented and structured manner to meet customer needs with the right technical solutions. You have an analytical mindset and take independent responsibility for driving your work forward, while you enjoy working closely with both customers and internal teams. You are secure in your role, proactive and can easily switch between technical details and the larger context - where your work has a direct impact on the development of healthcare.
