**Are you fluent in Danish and interested in working with credit assessments in a modern bank?**
In this position, you will play an important role in analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of individuals, and your expertise will contribute to making correct loan decisions and reducing the bank's risk.
The tasks will involve the bank's customers in Denmark. As part of the team, you will have an important role in ensuring efficient case processing and prompt responses to customers. You will have the opportunity to develop within the Danish market, but there will also be opportunities to assist in other markets within the department.
As a Credit Officer, you will join the Danish and German Credit Team (consists of 5 colleagues), and be part of our Credit department in Oslo(consists of 24 colleagues) and work closely with colleagues from this and other departments. This is an exciting role in a stable and modern bank, with great opportunities for development.
**Main Tasks**
- Assess loan and credit card applications for individuals in Denmark
- Handle incoming emails, complaints, and other credit-related tasks
- Communicate with customers and Danish authorities
- Collaborate with other teams in the bank
**We Are Looking For You Who**
- Can communicate fluently in Danish (this is required for the role)
- Experience from banking, credit, customer service, debt collection or other related fields is an advantage. It’s also beneficial if you know the Danish market.
