Areas of responsibility
Your work will include:
Lead the implementation of the revised data integrity process across all areas (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering).
Coordinate with data integrity officers in each area to update computer system inventories and associated inventories of high-level risk assessments and data integrity analyses.
With the help of Business Process Owners, System Functional Owners, System Technical Owners, and the Site QA Compliance Lead, identify all applicable gaps and create a prioritized action plan per area.
Manage the implementation of the action plans in all areas to successful completion.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, we expect you to:
15+ years of experience in cGMP-related fields, solid knowledge of data integrity and validation requirements for computer systems.
Documented ability to set strategy, deliver results and lead teams.
Strong social skills with documented experience in leading high-performing teams.
Documented ability to lead teams and create credibility and good relationships.
Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment where competing needs must be managed effectively to deliver results.
