**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Desktop Support Specialist based in Frankfurt am Main, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, you will provide technical support for desktop systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless user experience, and maintaining the functionality of client systems by addressing technical concerns efficiently.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support tasks
- Demonstrated ability in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Experience with Printer Support, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
