- Contributing to architectural decisions and tech direction
- Mentoring engineers and supporting team growth

**Ideal background:**

- 8+ years in backend/platform engineering
- Strong experience with Go/Kotlin & distributed systems
- Deep understanding of scalability and performance
- Experience in SaaS/product environments
- Comfortable in AWS
- Enjoys balancing hands-on coding with guiding team practices
