**🔹 Facility Director – Strategic Infrastructure & Operations (Data/Industrial Campus)**

**About the Opportunity**

An international energy‑focused infrastructure partner and a leading hyperscale data infrastructure developer are scaling a major industrial campus in Northern Norway. This highly visible role will spearhead the operational excellence, safety, and performance of the facility’s physical and technical infrastructure, ensuring the site functions at peak capacity as a work and service delivery platform.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**

• Lead and manage all facility operations across mechanical & electrical (M&E), security, network coordination, shift teams, and site support functions.

• Ensure operational readiness and reliability of building systems, utilities and service delivery infrastructure.

• Maintain exceptional standards of HSE compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, projects, external partners and contractor organisations.

• Coordinate with technology delivery teams – including GPU and infrastructure deployment partners – to align facility capacity with strategic business goals.

• Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and support people development across teams while maintaining a collaborative leadership style.
