We are supporting the delivery of a
**major hyperscale data centre project in Norway**
and are currently looking to speak with experienced
**Electrical Site Managers**
to join the project delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale critical infrastructure build, overseeing the installation and coordination of key electrical systems on site.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage the day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
- Oversee installation of LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with construction, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and ensure works are completed to required quality and safety standards.
- Participate in site coordination meetings and report progress to the wider project leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems and electrical safety requirements.
- Support the transition from installation through testing, commissioning and handover.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience working in a site management or electrical construction leadership role.
- Strong background in electrical installation within large construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site-based electrical teams.
- Knowledge of LV/MV systems, switchgear, generators, UPS or large-scale electrical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and construction site procedures.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Experience in data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, energy or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
