We are now looking for more hourly employees for our alarm desk.

Your new challenge
The alarm center at Verisure Securitas Direct is the core of our business and you as an alarm operator have an important and crucial role with us.
When the alarm is triggered, your biggest priority is to create security for our customers and you are expected to act by analyzing alarm signals and having contact with the customer. In ongoing conversations, you collaborate with colleagues and external resources such as the police, rescue services and ambulance. The work is a responsible task in the center of events where you really make a difference in people's lives. Receiving incoming calls to answer questions and supporting customers are also daily elements of the role. It is important that you also have good teamwork skills as you will work closely with your colleagues.

We are looking for you as:
Have previous experience in customer service and where you are used to delivering good service
Is empathetic, responsive and confident as a person. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations such as during sharp alarm events.
Have good computer skills and experience working in business systems
Have good technical understanding
Is a joy-maker and enjoys working in a fast-paced team

Do you want to become part of our team?

The position is a temporary position with placement in pleasant premises in Linköping. As an alarm operator, you are required to work on site in the office. A temporary position means that in addition to the basic schedule, you can work every other weekend when needed to strengthen our regular staff at the alarm center. A temporary position is suitable for those who want an extra job alongside other employment, such as studies. The position begins with mandatory operator training that is planned for evenings and weekends during the fall of 2025 and a subsequent mentoring period of at least 10 work shifts.

After the training, you are planned to work every other weekend in principle and we want you to work full-time during the summer.

The basic requirement for employment is that you are 18 years of age or older. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As we are a certified security company, no complaints in the criminal record are accepted and therefore a security check is carried out via the County Administrative Board and a UC check. You also need to have full color vision.
