**About The Role**
We are looking for a Finance Manager to be responsible for operating our finance setup in Norway.
**Areas of responsibility**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for the Norwegian legal entities in the Position Green Group, compliant with Group policies
- Manage all accounting operations locally in collaboration with Management, the external accountant, and the rest of the Finance & Legal team
- Act as key point of contact for the external auditor in Norway
- Continue the ongoing work on integrating two recently acquired companies into the Norwegian operations
- Develop and maintain analyses to drive optimal business decisions - including cost controlling
- Contribute to developing a state-of-the-art accounting function within the Group that fully leverages efficiency and effectiveness gains made possible with AI and other innovations
- Participate in Group budgeting / forecasting activities
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations, as needed, for Group and local management, in collaboration with the rest of the Finance team
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting / auditing or finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience from reporting in a Norwegian context
- Experience from ERP systems (Tripletex, 24SevenOffice (Finago) or equivalent)
- Experience from Software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or consulting is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in excel / powerpoint
- Keen interest in innovative approaches to making finance process more AI-driven, efficient, and effective
- Excellent verbal and written communicator in English and preferably also Norwegian
