Job Description
We are now looking for, on behalf of our client, an experienced Interim Head of Accounting / Accounting Manager who can step into a key role at an entrepreneurial company in retail.
Our client needs an interim solution that can start immediately and secure the daily operations of the finance function during a transition period, while recruitment of a permanent solution is underway.
Areas of responsibility
Ensure correct accounting and financial statements
Control of taxes and declarations
Support and develop the finance department's two employees
Contribute to issues related to inventory and retail, including inventory valuation
Be involved in the development of reports and systems
If necessary, be operational in the work yourself (approximately 10-20%)
Scope and structure:
We are looking for an interim consultant of 50-75% for approximately 2-4 months. For those who are open to a permanent position with the client in the longer term, full-time can be discussed right from the start.
Job Benefits
Qualifications
Several years of experience as a Chief Accountant or CFO
Preferably a background in retail or warehouse operations
Good system skills, preferably Fortnox
Experience working with building reports
A no-nonsense attitude and ability to switch between strategy and operational work
Very good knowledge of Swedish
