**About The Role**
We are now looking for an FP&A Analyst or Manager (depending on seniority and experience) to strengthen our Group Finance function.
In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will work closely with the broader finance team to ensure high-quality financial reporting, reliable forecasts, and actionable insights for decision-making.

You will report to the Deputy CFO and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Financial Planning & Forecasting**
- Maintain and develop financial models for revenue, costs, and cash flow
- Drive the preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario analyses
- Contribute to improving planning processes and tools
**Performance Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare monthly performance reporting packages
- Analyze financial results and explain variances vs. budget and forecast in collaboration with local Finance teams
- Support management with data-driven insights and analysis
- Ensure consistency between management reporting and underlying financial data
**SaaS Metrics & KPI Tracking**
- Support tracking and reporting of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margin
- Help ensure consistent definitions and data quality across the organization
- Contribute to analysis of unit economics and value drivers
**Tools & Process Development**
- Contribute to improving data structures, reporting automation, and system integrations
- Support the implementation of modern FP&A tools and analytics capabilities
**M&A Support**
- Support financial modelling and analysis in M&A processes
- Assist with due diligence data preparation and analysis
- Contribute to post-acquisition financial tracking and integration
**Who We’re Looking For**
We believe you are analytical, structured, and curious, with a strong interest in understanding how numbers translate into business performance.
**To Succeed In This Role, You Likely Have**
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, transaction services, consulting, or similar
- Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business is a plus
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills is a must
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Interest in SaaS metrics and performance analytics
- Experience with BI tools and/or FP&A systems is an advantage; keen interest in and ideally knowledge of AI-driven approaches to make FP&A processes more efficient and effective
- Strong communication skills and ability to present financial insights clearly
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

Location
