HSE coordinator

**Responsibilities**

- Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the field.
- Proactively and systematically work with preventive HSE measures.
- Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
- Report to the HSE lead during audit shutdowns.
- Collaborate with the project's safety delegate service.
- Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as reporting observations and handling incidents.

Required expertise

- Relevant experience from petroleum-related, renewable energy, or construction projects.
- Education in HSE is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- A valid EX awareness course certificate is required.
- Proficiency in both Norwegian and English is essential.

Language: Norwegian and English

Location: Bergen, Norway (includes offshore work)

Work schedule: 14/21 rotation, day shift

Duration: Temporary assignment from March 2026 to May 2026
