HSE coordinator

**Responsibilities**

- Report to the on-site HSE manager.
- Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters within the project.
- Proactively and systematically engage in preventive HSE work.
- Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
- Collaborate with the project's safety representative service.
- Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, including reporting observations and incidents.

Required expertise

- Education in HSE is desirable; relevant experience can compensate for a formal degree.
- Relevant experience from petroleum-related, renewable energy-related, or construction projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotational schedule.
- EX Awareness certification.

Language: Norwegian and English

Location: Hammerfest, Norway

Work schedule: Rotational (14-21)

Duration: Temporary assignment from February 2026 to December 2026
