We are now looking for an interim HR manager for an authority in the northern Stockholm area. To be eligible for the role, you must have an academic education in a relevant field, very good knowledge of labor law, and at least 5 years of work experience in operational and strategic HR work, of which at least 2 years have been in government operations. Areas of responsibility
The assignment mainly consists of:
Providing support in labor law matters for the authority's managers
Working operationally with HR issues
Managing and supporting the employees in the HR unit
The HR unit consists of five employees - two payroll administrators and two personnel specialists. The HR unit is part of the Department for Business Support and the HR manager reports to the department head.

Requirements:
Academic degree in human resources or equivalent
Solid knowledge of labor law

At least three years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility
