Operational buyer

**Responsibilities**

- Create and follow up on purchase orders
- Safeguard safety, security, and sustainability in procurement
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Handle changes and/or discrepancies throughout the Plan-to-Pay process
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and take an active role in delivering on our goals, such as increased efficiency, digitalization, and finding new ways of working
- Ensure professional services and communication with both internal stakeholders and suppliers

Required expertise

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience after graduation
- Knowledge of and preferably experience in Supply Chain Management and purchasing
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant digital tools
- A true team player who thrives in a hectic and dynamic work environment
- A curious, structured individual with a commercial mindset

Language: English and Norwegian

Location: Sandsli, Bergen, Stavanger

Work schedule: Full-time
