We are now looking for a senior Service Manager and ServiceNow architect/developer to strengthen our Norwegian ITSM Tools team.
In this role you will lead and contribute in innovating our current local Service Manager and ServiceNow environments, and also coordinate and contribute with our international teams to migrate the current ITSM portfolio to one common global ServiceNow platform.
You will together with our Norwegian, Nordic, and international teams support our customers journey to a multicloud ecosystem including AIOps, thus still maintaining security, stability, and scalability on the ITSM platforms. We want you to be able to lead requirement analysis, design, and development for internal and external customers together with our Norwegian team and European development teams.

**We believe you will need the following background:**
- 4 – 6 years’ experience working as a developer or architect with Service Manager and ServiceNow
- Bachelor or master’s degree within Information technology. However, a proven track record and experience can compensate for lack of education
- Good Java scripting and coding skills
- Knowledge of the ITIL based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration)
- Norwegian citizenship and security clearance required
•Experience and skills of maintaining self-hosted instances
