**About The Role**
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participating in the management team for Business Assurance Norway and contributing to and shaping the Business Assurance Norway management agenda.
- Assisting with business development activities
- Leading performance reviews and development discussions with team members
- Coordinating with other leaders to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Overseeing multiple projects within the team to ensure work is conducted within
- Providing technical support and guidance to team members
- Possibly conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

**Depending on the candidates, we will form the content of the position together, so that it reflects the capabilities of the candidate and needs seen in the team.**

**About You**
**We are looking for as many of the following qualifications as possible:**

- Able to balance empathy, with operational and strategical business needs, to co-create well-working solutions together with team/resources and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, with solid experience in a people leadership role
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Norwegian, as our customers are based in Norway
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree with technical background and understanding of aqua standards
- Professional experience and knowledge of audits within aqua
