**Your strategic role:**
DN Media Group is transforming how we build long-term relationships with subscribers across brands and markets. As our subscription business grows, marketing automation and CRM are becoming increasingly important.
We are now looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Tech Specialist to support the technical setup, quality and development of our platforms. You will work hands-on with marketing automation and CRM configuration, data flows, triggers, integrations, QA and documentation.
This is a role for someone who is structured, technically curious and motivated by making platforms, data and customer journeys work better at scale.
**Your day-to-day:**
- Support the operation, configuration and development of our Marketing Automation and CRM platforms
- Configure triggers, integrations, data flows, templates and journey logic across MA, CRM, subscription and other relevant systems
- Contribute to reusable components, documentation, standards and best practices across teams
- Support QA, governance and troubleshooting for lifecycle journeys and integrations
- Collaborate with Data, Tech and Product teams on data sources, events and personalization capabilities
- Ensure compliant customer data handling, including GDPR, consent management and data minimization
**Your background:**
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, lifecycle operations or technical campaign setup
- Experience with MA/CRM platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Good understanding of data structures, events, triggers, APIs or integrations relevant to MA and CRM platforms
- Experience with trigger-based and multichannel customer journeys is beneficial
- Practical understanding of data quality, consent handling and privacy-compliant data usage
- Experience working with developers, data engineers, analysts or IT teams is an advantage
- Familiarity with subscription or digital product environments is beneficial
