**Role Purpose**
To process passengers and handle baggage through clerical, manual, mechanical and computerised methods in accordance with Company and Airport procedures.


**What You Will Be Doing**

- Check passengers' tickets/confirmation together with relevant identification appropriate to flight.
- Complete the check-in procedures by using the dedicated systems.
- Board passengers onto flights.
- Marshall Passengers onto and off aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate the daily operations with understanding, effectively, correctly and to MA and Airlines expectations.

**What We Are Looking For**

- Strong communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language (Written and oral)
- Comfortable using computer systems as your main tool.
- To be able to work in a team under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver license.
- Fulfil the requirements for the CAA Background check.
