**About The Role**
Since 1946, SAS has kept Scandinavia connected to the world and the world connected to Scandinavia. We have been frontrunners in the air – and the future we head into is ever changing. SAS colleagues are united by their passion for the customer and the purpose of moving Scandinavia.

If you thrive in a dynamic operational environment and are motivated by making a difference as part of our People & Culture Partnering Team in Norway, you might be the new colleague we are looking for.

**Challenges You Will Work On**
You will primarily support leaders and teams in Norway, partnering closely with leaders in both operational and support environments. As a People & Culture Partner, you will play an important role in ensuring strong leadership support, solid people processes and a good colleague experience across your areas of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

- Ensuring that the People agenda is implemented in the day-to-day running across your areas of responsibility.
- Collaborating closely with COE’s, People Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Health & Wellbeing and Legal to ensure process adherence, data accuracy and a strong colleague experience.
- Driving our self-service agenda by familiarizing leaders with our People Platform solution, SuccessFactors.
- Managing ongoing dialogue and collaboration with unions and employee representatives.
- Supporting leaders in employee relations matters, including follow-up processes, documentation and compliance with Norwegian employment law and SAS procedures.
- Participating in cross-functional people-related projects together with colleagues across the People Function.

**The Team**
As a People & Culture Partner, you will be part of a team consisting of five skilled and supportive colleagues based at Oslo Airport. Furthermore, you will be part of an overall 18-person P&C Partnering organization across Scandinavia, who all have the common goal of making SAS the preferred employer in aviation. You will report to the P&C Partnering Lead in Norway.

**To be successful we believe you have**
As a person, you balance people focus with execution and accountability, and you thrive in an environment where trust and collaboration are key. At SAS, the People Function is continuously developing, both to cater to the ever-changing business needs and to accelerate our position as an even more trusted partner to the business.

The successful candidate takes pride in being part of this evolution and is someone who thrives and gets motivation from providing support to our colleagues and leaders at all levels.

**We Believe You Bring**

- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant P&C/HR experience, preferably from an operational environment.
- Experience in supporting leaders in employee-related matters.
- Good understanding of Norwegian employment law and HR processes
- Experience with sickness absence follow-up, employee relations, recruitment and leadership support.
- Experience with union dialogue, collective agreements or employee representative collaboration is an advantage.
- A willingness to contribute to projects benefiting the team, the business and the people agenda.
- Relevant education and a strong appetite to continue learning and developing.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, work effectively and contribute positively in a cross-functional operating model.

In addition, we expect you to have a natural skill in prioritizing, to be solution-oriented in your approach and an independent thinker with a positive can-do attitude to any challenge coming along.

**Why SAS?**
At SAS, we offer extensive opportunities for professional development in an international, fast-paced working environment. We are dedicated to the continuous growth of our employees. Working with us also comes with a range of valuable benefits. You will enjoy discounted travel opportunities around the world with SAS, access to various health and wellness initiatives, and attractive employee discounts on brands, transport, airport shops, hotels and car rentals. We also offer competitive pension and insurance schemes.

In this role, you will get broad exposure to leaders, operations, specialist functions and people processes across the organization, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to the future development of SAS in Norway and Scandinavia.

**Our Culture at SAS**
At SAS, we are dedicated to caring for each other, delighting our travelers, and driving the transformation towards sustainable aviation. As a future colleague in our team, you will join a culture where we work collaboratively towards common goals, recognize each other’s contributions, and celebrate successes. Our focus is on safe, sustainable, and punctual execution, and we are committed to protecting our planet while transforming SAS for the future.

This is an empowering workplace where you can thrive, grow, and take ownership of your work. Join us at SAS and be part of shaping the future of aviation.
