**Principal Marine Engineer**
**Contract period: 23.03.2026 - 23.03.2027**
**Location: Asker**
- **Main tasks:**
Marine Engineering in projects
- Interface activities with T&I contractors
- Coordination and area responsibility for the Marine discipline as the Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE)
- Arranging and leading internal meetings, client meetings, workshops, and reviews
- Interfacing with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and the fabrication yard
- **Qualifications:**
Master/Bachelor of Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Engineering/Operations design in greenfield/brownfield projects or offshore wind
- Experience and thorough knowledge of Marine Engineering/Operations according to relevant standards such as NORSOK and DNV
- Efficient communicator, proficient in English both orally and in writing
- Cooperative working attitude with acceptance of a multicultural team environment
- A natural team player with the ability to work independently
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
- Proactive, seeking advice and sharing experiences with others
- Innovative approach, eager to improve methodology and solutions through digital tools
