We are looking for an experienced
**Production Manager**
to lead and scale our production operations in a fast-growing, high-tech environment. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, delivering on production targets, and building a robust, future-ready manufacturing setup.

The ideal candidate is a structured and hands-on leader with a strong background in complex production environments who thrives on improving processes, developing teams, and driving performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan, coordinate, and ensure execution of production targets.
- Maintain stable and uninterrupted production operations.
- Ensure adherence to established manufacturing processes and technical standards.
- Monitor and optimize key production KPIs (OEE, productivity, quality, waste reduction).
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams through clear goals, KPIs, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production function.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industrial regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
