About the company
Q-gruppen is a well-established contracting company with roots from 1997. They have extensive experience in running construction and infrastructure projects in complex environments and over the years have built everything from cultural and historical buildings to stations and data centers. Today they are a tight-knit and experienced team of approximately 40 employees with offices in Hägersten. The company works mainly in the Stockholm area and specializes in renovations and extensions of community properties, commercial premises and larger infrastructure projects. The Q Group is characterized by a non-prestigious working climate where collaboration, responsibility and long-term thinking are central values.
Tasks
As a Project Engineer, you will initially have a key role in the Barkarby Bus Terminal project, which runs from September 2025 to December 2026. The project is an important investment in public transport infrastructure and includes both technical installations and construction of terminal areas in a complex traffic environment. In this role, you will work closely with the site manager and supervisor in a small, close-knit team. Your tasks are broad and varied, and include both daily project administration and coordination with contractors and clients.
Examples of tasks:
Planning, follow-up and documentation linked to the project's quality, environment and work environment (KMA)
Preparation and follow-up of self-inspections, environmental reports, risk analyses and work preparations
Participate in coordination meetings and ensure that documentation and communication with all parties is effective
Support project management with administration, meeting minutes and management of schedules
The role is broad and you will gain insight into the entire project process. There are good opportunities for development and good chances to take on managerial responsibility.
Education, experience and personal qualities
Post-secondary education in, for example, construction or civil engineering, or equivalent experience in a role as a project engineer, supervisor or similar
Good system skills and ability to work digitally
Experience with KMA issues is a plus
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
