**Allweiler AS** – a subsidiary of CIRCOR – delivers pumps and pump systems to the maritime business in Norway and internationally. We cover sales and deliveries to shipyards and ship owners worldwide, both for new buildings and Aftermarket.
We are looking for a **Project Manager – Foremarket Orders** to join our team at our site in Hvalstad.
**Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):**
- Handling of foremarket customer projects and orders
- Participate in project meetings with Sales and other relevant departments involved in larger foremarket projects and orders
- Maintain close communication with internal and external suppliers on inbound purchase orders
- Request freight quotes from forwarders (inbound and outbound orders), prepare all shipping documents, keep costs to a minimum while maintaining on-time delivery for our customers
- Maintain and update order information in shared lists and the ERP-system (changes to the order, updated lead times, delays, challenges, etc.) and keep all relevant stakeholders informed
- Create and print workshop orders, pick lists and other ERP documentation for the warehouse/workshop once materials are available
- Close cooperation with Assembly and Warehouse Operators regarding progress and status of customer orders
- Assess capacity demands in workshop and report any challenges to the Operations manager
- Book and coordinate transport/pick-up of shipments with own forwarder or customer forwarder
- Deliver and invoice all foremarket orders in the ERP-system
- Ensure customer orders are delivered in accordance with customer PO and requests/demands, and communicate delays or challenges to the customer
- Strive to deliver all orders on time and achieve Allweiler monthly and quarterly Sales Forecast
- Backup/support for team members in time of absence, vacation or peak season activity
**Qualifications:**
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B logistics/supply chain management and project management for large customer orders
- Experience and expertise in international transportation and Incoterms/customs clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, economics, business administration, or related field
- Understanding of capacity planning and resource management for assembly/production
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal and conversational proficiency in Norwegian
- Solid experience using ERP systems as a daily work tool for order management, database maintenance, and postings (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in teams with strong focus company forecasts and KPI targets
