Property Consultant


Location - Dubai


As a Property Consultant at STREE Real Estate, you will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, managing property transactions, and ensuring a seamless buying, selling, or renting process. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to assist clients in making informed decisions.


**Responsibilities**

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and deeds.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in real estate, particularly in the Dubai market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- UAE Real Estate License or RERA certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
