As a Broker at STREE Real Estate, your role will involve negotiating and arranging real estate transactions. This includes presenting real estate properties to potential buyers, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring the best interests of both parties are met.


**Responsibilities**

- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.
- Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
- Interview clients to determine their property needs and financial abilities.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters.

**Qualifications**

- Proven working experience as a real estate broker.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A valid broker license.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
