**Role Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our restaurant "Slakteriet " The Restaurant is doing a tasting menu of 6- 12 courses.The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, maintaining food and beverage quality, and upholding a welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff, handling customer feedback, and ensuring the optimal performance of all restaurant functions.
