VANBRUUN offers fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, and diamonds with an ambition to convey knowledge and luxury adapted to today’s modern consumer. VANBRUUN started as an online retailer but has now expanded with showrooms in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam and more to come. The head office is located in Borås, Sweden.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This part-time position is ideal for individuals whose main occupation is studying or for the one seeking additional work alongside their current commitments. The role primarily involves working two Saturdays per month, in addition to being available for on-call shifts and during holiday periods.

- We believe you have a growth-seeking personality and like challenges! You have a passion for jewelry and building relationships with customers.
- You need to be prestigeless as you will work with the same tasks as all the others in the team. The Oslo sales team works with customers worldwide and the tasks vary from customer service-related matters, consultations, custom designs and teamwork with other departments.
- You will hold the critical position of embodying the VANBRUUN brand in each and every customer interaction using the VANBRUUN mentality; making each client’s experience extraordinary.
- The Showroom Sales Professional is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. Your passion for developing business and people, client relations, and exceeding sales is first and vital to our exciting journey.

REQUIREMENTS

- Native or fluent in Norwegian and English (both writing and speaking).
- Experience in working with sales or customer service.
- Flexible and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Prestigeless as you will both work hands-on to provide our customers with impeccable service by email, chat, phone and booked online consultations as well as work strategically.
- Independent but yet a team player, full of initiative and eager to drive VANBRUUN sales to the next level.
- You have an eye for details and will keep the showroom clean and organized.

Location: The position is part time and will be based on-site in Oslo.
