**About This Opportunity**
In this role you will be part of our dedicated Nordic sales team and responsible for running and developing business within the Critical Care product area. In Critical Care, we offer solutions in intensive care ventilation, anesthesia, and hemodynamic monitoring.
You will have full responsibility for your own customer base and budget, working primarily with operating and intensive care wards. You will be part of a Nordic team consisting of colleagues with different competencies and areas of responsibility. Together, we support each other and drive our business forward.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive and develop sales within your district, managing the full sales process from customer engagement to tendering and closing business.
**What You Will Do**
As a Sales & Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales in your district and ensuring strong engagement with healthcare professionals.
**Your Main Responsibilities Include**
- Meeting customers and building strong relationships with hospitals and care facilities
- Product selling, including delivering product presentations and conducting product trainings
- Handling public procurement processes, answering tender requests, and preparing quotes and offers
- Reporting sales activities and following up on performance
You will also be responsible for tender work by answering requirement specifications and contributing to Nordic collaboration within the team.
This position is home-office based and primarily focused on Norway. The role involves significant travel, as a large part of the work is carried out at customer sites such as hospitals and other care facilities. Occasionally, travel to other Nordic countries will be required. Participation in larger official contexts such as courses and congresses is also part of the role.
The position reports to the Nordic Sales Manager.
**You will bring**
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
- A university degree; a relevant background could be a nurse with a specialist degree
- Clinical experience within anesthesia or intensive care is highly valued
- Experience in sales towards healthcare is an advantage
- Strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset, always acting in the customer’s best interest
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- A valid B driving license and willingness and ability to travel
