—and build systems where security is non-negotiable.
This is not a typical dev role. We want someone who has worked in

**What you’ll do**
- Build and shape a secure platform for handling
**confidential legal data**
- Design systems with
**security first**
(not as an afterthought)
- Implement strong access control, encryption, and audit trails
- Contribute to (or lead)
**AI-powered features**
in the product (e.g. document analysis, search, automation)
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working on
**legal tech, case management, or secure document systems**
- Strong understanding of
**data privacy (e.g. GDPR)**
and confidentiality requirements
- Hands-on experience with:
- Secure authentication (MFA, SSO)
- Access control systems (RBAC/ABAC)
- Encryption and secure APIs
- Ability to work in a
**startup environment**
(high ownership, fast iteration)
**Bonus (big plus)**
- Experience building or integrating
**AI/ML features**
, such as:
- LLM-based workflows (document summarization, extraction, search)
- NLP pipelines or embeddings
- Understanding of
**AI + security/privacy tradeoffs**
(e.g. handling sensitive data in AI systems)
