**Location:**
Bergen
**Salary**
: 1.100–1.250 MNOK/year
****Senior Fullstack Engineer****
**Help us create the software platform that will change Norwegian healthcare forever.**
**The mission**
We're building the healthcare platform all Norwegians deserve — an integrated set of services that lets institutions, clinicians, social workers, and citizens collaborate as a single team. We want every person in Norway to enjoy the longest, happiest life possible. That means improving the everyday lives of healthcare workers, giving patients more control, and maybe saving a few lives along the way.
It doesn't get more meaningful than that.
**The Team**
Team Collaboration focuses on planning and optimisation — an area defined by complex algorithms, dense data, and a genuine obsession with giving health workers the best possible conditions to do their jobs.
The problems we're working on right now:
- How do we manage home services staff, competencies, and schedules without a robust workforce system integration?
- How do we organise and execute treatment plans collaboratively across different disciplines of care?
- How do we build route plans that account for variable-length visits, driver skills, and multi-driver coordination — not just geography?
- Can our solver run fast enough to keep planners in the loop, rather than disappearing for 10 minutes in the background?
- Can lessons from home services routing apply to institutional ward planning?
**The role**
You'll work in a small, cross-functional team alongside product managers and designers, with the freedom to make real decisions. Your core responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end features that solve real clinical planning problems
- Keep backend services and frontend applications well-aligned
- Refactor confidently as you learn from users and peers
- Help define best practices that actually work for your team
- Own operational support for the services you build
Building great software requires experienced technologists with the right mindset. It is a continuous, iterative process of listening, learning, and steady improvement. We need people who can do more than just write code.
**What We're Looking For**
We hire for mindset first. The right attitude — curiosity, ownership, a collaborative spirit — matters more to us than ticking every box on the stack.
That said, you'll thrive here if you have:
- Experience building greenfield SaaS products as a fullstack engineer
- The ability to weigh trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions
- Strong communication — you can articulate ideas and the reasoning behind them
- Experience in product-led startups with autonomous, cross-functional teams
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
**On the tech stack:**
Our core is PostgreSQL, C# .NET, and React / Next.js + TypeScript. You don't need to know all of it — but you should be comfortable working across the stack and confident picking up what you don't already know. Experience in adjacent technologies is genuinely fine; we care more about how you think than what you've used.
A passion for healthcare is a bonus. Understanding the weight of the problem helps.
If that sounds like you, Aidn might be just what you’re looking for.
To achieve our ambitions, product teams must have freedom to take decisions and demonstrate initiative as the company continues to grow. By joining in this early stage, you can have a huge impact on how our products are designed and implemented.

- 6 weeks vacation
- Flexible hours and location — work from home, or occasionally abroad is totally fine and flexible, however team is co-located in Bergen and would love to have see you at the office regularly
- A direct line to professional managers invested in your personal growth
- Early-stage influence on how our products are designed and built
