**About The Role**
As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire mobile lifecycle—from architecture to deployment and beyond. You’ll lead development efforts, optimize performance, and ensure seamless delivery to both the App Store and Google Play. You will also oversee monitoring, analytics, and tracking for both marketing and security purposes.


Your Responsibilities



- Lead the architecture and development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Ensure optimal app performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Manage deployments to both iOS App Store and Google Play Store (manual and CI/CD).
- Set up and maintain OTA updates using tools like CodePush or Expo Updates.
- Implement app analytics, error tracking, and user behavior monitoring.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers for a seamless product experience.
- Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable release pipelines and testing workflows.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

What We’re Looking For



- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
- 3+ years of experience with React Native in production-level apps.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of iOS and Android deployment processes, certificates, provisioning profiles, store submissions.
- Experience with OTA update tools like CodePush or Expo Updates.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, EAS).
- Solid experience with performance monitoring and crash reporting (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics).
- Hands-on experience with in-app analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics).
- Experience implementing security best practices for mobile applications.
