**About the Role**
As the Senior Residential Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a residential site, ensuring high-quality support services are delivered in line with organisational standards, NDIS requirements, and best-practice care principles. You will provide support to a multidisciplinary team, including Enrolled Nurses and Care Support Workers, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Working closely with the Senior Residential Services Manager, you will oversee resident care, workforce management, compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of person-centred care and supports aligned with resident goals
- Promote resident choice, dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Provide leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance management to team members
- Manage workforce planning, rostering, leave management, and staffing allocation
- Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and relevant legislation
- Oversee incident management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, advocates, and external stakeholders
- Support operational reporting, audits, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
**Must-Haves**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
- Current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a residential, accommodation, or disability support service
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and quality standards
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
