**About the Role**
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the reception work at the after-sales service station, be able to answer various questions from customers patiently and professionally, and ensure their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Customer reception and communication.
- Vehicle pre-inspection and issue documentation: Accurately record detailed vehicle information and maintenance requirements, create repair work orders, estimate repair costs and time. Possess basic automotive knowledge to conduct preliminary fault diagnosis.
- Maintenance progress tracking and communication: Maintain communication with the workshop repair team and keep customers informed of progress. If additional work items arise, communicate and confirm with the customer again.
- Cost settlement and vehicle delivery.
- Customer relationship maintenance: The work extends beyond single repair services. This includes post-service phone follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and regularly reminding customers about vehicle maintenance, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
