**Site Lead – Manufacturing Surveillance (Offshore Wind Jackets)**

**Role Overview**
The Site Lead will act as the Client Representative for manufacturing supervision during the fabrication of offshore substation jacket structures at a major fabrication shipyard in Verdal, Norway. The role includes managing the inspection team, overseeing fabrication activities, and reporting to the Project Management team.
The jackets are part of two offshore wind substation platforms for the German offshore wind market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate the site inspection team during jacket fabrication.
- Monitor fabrication activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Act as the Client Representative for the EPCI contractor.
- Interface with shipyard personnel and project stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to the Project Management team.
- Oversee inspections related to jacket structures and auxiliary components.
**Requirements**
- Engineering or technical background.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in jacket fabrication or similar offshore structures.
- Experience with jacket auxiliary components and fabrication processes.
- Previous experience on similar offshore wind or offshore construction projects.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Previous experience working at the Verdal fabrication yard is highly preferred.
