This is a full-time consulting assignment. The assignment will initially run for 6 months, and the plan is that after that period you will be employed at Proact.

Job responsibilities
At Proact, you will develop at one of Europe's leading companies in data centers and cloud services. As a Support Technician at Proact, you play an important role in creating a stable and efficient IT environment for your customers, employees and suppliers. You handle support cases, perform technical installations and configurations and contribute expertise to customer projects. The work takes place both from the office in Västra hamnen and on site at customers in southern Sweden, where you act as a technical point of contact. You are part of a close-knit team with a strong focus on skills development, where there are good opportunities for you to grow and specialize within Proact.
Support and troubleshooting on site and from the office
Installation, configuration and consulting assignments
Participate in customer projects with technical expertise

Education, experience and personal qualities
Good experience from the IT industry
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience with infrastructure platforms
Basic knowledge in a couple of these areas: Server/Storage, Virtualization, Backup and Networking
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Driving license
Other areas that we would like you to be familiar with are:
Experience with systems such as NetApp, DellEMC, VMware, Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Nutanix, Cisco and Nvidia
Knowledge of Ansible, Kubernetes
Experience with cloud services and computing clusters.
Knowledge of operational services and ITIL processes or case management systems
