**Responsibilities**

- Ensure that construction activities within surface protection and passive fire protection (PFP) are planned, qualified, performed, and documented in accordance with contract specifications.
- Maintain a high focus on cost-efficient construction and project execution.
- Monitor contractor's fabrication activities, emphasizing quality, schedule, cost efficiency, and HSE.
- Track work progress against plans and schedules, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions.
- Participate in engineering and construction reviews to secure a feasible and cost-effective end result.
- Supervise inspectors within the site team.
- Ensure that systems and equipment are properly protected and preserved.
- Oversee the completion of fabrication documentation and records for handover to commissioning.

Required expertise

- Previous documented experience with similar field engineering work.

Location: Stord, Norway

Work schedule: Part-time (60% position, distributed across standard weekdays)

Duration: 30.04.2026 - 28.01.2027

Option Period: 6 x 1 month
