**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced trademark attorney to represent and advise Thinkof in European Union trademark matters including prosecution opposition and cancellation proceedings before the European Union trademark system. This role is focused exclusively on EU trademark filings and enforcement.

**Key Responsibilities**

Represent Thinkof directly before the European trademark office for EU filings

Prepare file and manage EU trademark applications

Handle oppositions cancellations and related EU proceedings

Develop and execute EU brand protection and expansion strategy

Advise on class coverage risk assessment and portfolio structure

Coordinate with UK and US counsel on global trademark alignment

Collaborate directly with company leadership on long term IP strategy

**Qualifications**

Law degree qualifying for legal practice in an EU or EEA jurisdiction

Admitted attorney or authorized trademark representative in an EU or EEA country

Eligible to act directly before the European Union trademark office

Strong experience in EU trademark prosecution opposition and enforcement

Experience advising technology or consumer brands preferred

Excellent analytical research and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Fluent professional English required
