About the position
This is a 9-month consulting assignment with good opportunities for over-recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that the company intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. This gives both you and the company a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

The company works to deliver logistics services to customers in the automotive industry and the manufacturing industry, among others. They are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to efficient logistical flows and satisfied customers. As a transport administrator, you will be part of a team characterized by close cooperation and good camaraderie.
Job duties
In the role of transport administrator, you work with document management linked to incoming/outgoing general cargo in shipments from Europe. This includes, for example, handling customs documents, trailer notifications, administration for loading import shipments and contact with partners to ensure the delivery process. As an administrator, you have a communicative role where you have daily contact with internal and external stakeholders, including European sister companies and the company's own customer service department. You work in an international environment and use English daily. Here you become part of a team with good cohesion and you are offered a solid introduction.

Education, experience and personal qualities
• Previous administrative experience
• Education or experience from the transport and logistics industry/customs handling is an advantage
• You have good computer and system skills
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
