**Responsibilities**

- Process, validate, and resolve warranty claims, ensuriing timely resolution and adherence to policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor warranty policies, procedures, and cost controls, Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action and cost reduction.
- Deliver warranty procedures and system implementation to dealers
- Serve as a primary contact for warranty inquiries, support customers, and maintain relationships with dealer

**Qualification**

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of products, services, and warranty regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for internal and external communication
- Ability to manage teams and drive initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: To evaluate claims and identify trends
