**About the Role**

As a Welder in our Hardband department, you will work hands-on with pipe grinding and hardband welding using specialized equipment. This role is essential to supporting the expansion of our operations, including the new grinding unit and second shift production.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Core Responsibilities:**

- Perform grinding of pipes according to production requirements
- Execute hardband welding using pendulum welding equipment
- Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with company standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Experience in welding (preferred within industrial or manufacturing environments)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on role
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and production processes
Willingness to work in a rotating shift system

**Desired Qualifications:**

- Experience with hardband welding or similar specialized welding techniques
- Previous experience in oil & gas or heavy industry
Forklift or other relevant certifications (if applicable)
