**Wind Turbine Technician**

**About the Role:**
As a Wind Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of wind turbines at one of Norway’s key wind energy sites. You’ll help keep turbines turning and energy flowing, while upholding the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and technical excellence.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines and related systems
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards, emergency procedures, and reporting protocols
- Following all site-specific rules, including PPE, inductions, and environmental protections
- Collaborating with site managers and technical teams to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience in wind energy is a big plus
- Comfortable working outdoors, in all weather, and at heights
- A strong, demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practice
- A reliable team player with solid communication skills
