**Technical Services (TS)** is one of four business areas in Wood Norway —and the one setting the pace for our future. We’re expanding into new markets, developing cutting‑edge services, and driving the technologies that will shape tomorrow’s energy systems.
At TS, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering excellence and digital innovation. Our organization is built around two platforms, Markets and Services, covering four dynamic areas where graduates can make a real impact:
**Markets**
- **Marine** – Supporting floating production, drilling, ports and terminals
- **Low Carbon Solutions** – Enabling CCS and CO₂ management, alternative fuels and bioenergy
**Services**
- **Digital Services** – Digitalization and system integration, data management, 3D visualization and scanning, digital twins and LCI services
- **Engineering Services** – High‑value operations and maintenance services, performance monitoring and maintenance optimisation, and highly-skilled engineering

**Commercial Graduate**
The energy industry is moving fast, and so are we. As new markets emerge and digitalization accelerates, understanding how technology, customers, and strategy come together has never been more important. **What you’ll do**
- Help shape where TS goes next — identifying priority markets, new service opportunities, and strategic directions
- Prepare compelling presentations as well as business cases and financial models
- Work hands-on with a spectrum of advisory, digital and engineering projects
- Support active projects across segments and business areas

**What you bring**
- Higher education within industrial economics, business or engineering (preferably a good dose of both)
- Curiosity about how commercial decisions enable technical solutions
- Clear communication skills and a knack for storytelling with data
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn fast
**The position has a planned start date of 1 September 2026. The role will be based primarily at our Sandefjord office, but we may also consider Oslo or Porsgrunn for the right candidate.**
