**About the Company**
We are a leading Chinese commercial vehicle enterprise with local subsidiary in Norway.
We are recruiting a full-time HR Specialist to take charge of local human resources full-cycle management, daily admin affairs and supporting business coordination work. This role will ensure standardized, compliant local operation and deliver stable talent support & efficient office administration.
**Responsibilities**
**1.Talent Recruitment & Staffing**
- Develop diversified local & overseas recruitment channels.
- Execute full recruitment processes including interview arrangement, candidate evaluation and salary negotiation.
- Ensure sufficient and high-quality talent supply to meet company manpower demands.
**2.Local HR Compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Manage employment contract signing, filing and update.
- Take charge of employee profile administration, attendance & leave management, payroll calculation & payout, and performance appraisal implementation.
- Complete official statutory HR data declaration on schedule.
- Assist expatriate employees with local official registration, residence permit application and relevant legal formalities.
- Maintain good partnership with local manpower agencies, identify and prevent daily employment risks, guarantee all employment practices fully comply with Norwegian labor laws and regulations.
**3.General Administrative Affairs**
- Be responsible for office leasing management, office supplies, mails, official documents and office insurance arrangement.
- Arrange front desk daily work and customer reception; manage company official vehicles.
- Provide daily logistics support for expatriate staff including local housing arrangement, SIM card application and other living-related affairs.
**4.Business Support Coordination**
- Sort out business invoices and handle expense reimbursement work.
- Assist in organizing marketing activities and monthly official website maintenance.
- Follow up whole procedures of vehicle import customs clearance, refitting and final delivery arrangement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Fluent in English for daily work communication, fluent Chinese speaker is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in local Norway HR or general admin positions; candidates with working experience in Chinese overseas enterprises will be given priority.
- Familiar with Norwegian local labor laws, employment policies and social security rules, well-versed in local standardized HR operation procedures.
